Superbills Available
Upon request, we can provide a detailed receipt called a superbill for eligible self-pay visits. You can submit it to your insurance company for consideration under your out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.

HSA or FSA funds may be used for eligible medical expenses. Check with your account administrator about your visit before using these funds.
